NBC White House correspondent Chris Wallace is moving into prime time next year - on ABC. Wallace, whose contract with NBC is up next month, will help develop a new prime-time news program on which he will be chief correspondent, ABC has announced. The show is expected to premiere in spring 1989. Wallace, who had recently served as moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press," is being replaced on that program by Garrick Utley, host of NBC's "Sunday Today." That show is moving to Washington from New York.
