James Angellino, 52, left his West 34th Street office at the Greater Blouse, Skirt and Undergarment Association Inc. with another man on Nov. 15 and has not been seen since, the newspaper said, citing unnamed Justice Department officials.Angellino last year was said to have been running the Colombo crime family for imprisoned mob boss Carmine "Junior" Persico.

His disappearance was reported by his girlfriend with whom he lives in Brooklyn's Parkville section.

"We haven't found a body, but we believe he's gone forever," said one official.
