Tawana Brawley, speaking on the first anniversary of what she says was a four-day ordeal at the hands of white men, says she has lost faith in the justice system after a ruling that she made up the story. "People just don't understand, they don't know what happened," the black teenager said. "Now I know there are two justice systems: one for whites and one for blacks and that we need to build a bigger and better system."
