Two Massachusetts women tourists clad in bathing suits and found dead on an isolated Caribbean beach had "several cuts on exposed areas of their bodies," a witness said Wednesday.

Authorities said they were questioning a teenage Anguillan in connection with the deaths of the two women, identified as Martha Mary Alsup, 38, and Susan Galvin, 39, both of Watertown, Mass.Clive Smith, a member of the British dependency's House of Assembly, said he found the two women's bodies about Tuesday morning on an isolated beach at Windward Point on the island's east coast during a morning walk.

Smith said the women were clad in bathing suits.
