A 30-year-old man who was arrested for shoplifting just "didn't have a sense of humor," according to Salt Lake police.

"He was arrested earlier in the evening and he was mad," Lt. Joel Campbell said Friday. Police said the man went to the Public Safety Building, 315 E. Second South, and let the air out of 22 tires on police cars.Officers booked the unidentified man, who earlier had been cited and released for shoplifting, into Salt Lake County Jail on criminal mischief charges.
