John Goodman, who is Roseanne Barr's TV husband on "Roseanne," is apprehensive about being famous. "I've known people whom it bothers a great deal, and I'm kind of a shy person. Lately people are starting to put my face with my name, instead of thinking I'm either somebody they went to high school with or did time with," he told People magazine. The actor, who is also appearing in the movie "Everyone's All-American" and played Sally Field's husband in "Punchline," doesn't have any Hollywood pretensions. He has two homes: a tiny $600 a month Hollywood apartment and a New York Hell's Kitchen apartment with a view of a brick wall. And despite the "sexy" label given him by Sally, Roseanne and producer Caryn Mandabach, Goodman has no "serious" relationship with a woman right now.
