Maurice Hebert, co-founder of JBH Associates of Salt Lake City, has been elected president of the Salt Lake Chapter of the Planning Forum after serving the past year as vice president. He succeeds Richard W. Bradford of Ernst and Whinney, a certified public accounting firm.

Appointed to the forum's board of directors were W. Ralph Hardy, budget director of the University of Utah; Bonnie L. Liechty, vice president of the Bank of Utah; Wes Jones, manager of Ernst and Whinney; Lowry Redd, vice president for construction, Daw Inc.; and Patrick J. Smith, planning manager for Redex Inc.Hebert said the forum's next meeting will be Nov. 17 at noon in the Doubletree Hotel when George Belsey, administrator of the University Hospital will be speak on "Health Care: Right or Privilege?"
