The state medical examiner was conducting an autopsy Tuesday on a 47-year-old man whose body was discovered Monday evening in a condominium.

The body of Robert Roy Roland was found by the landlord of the condominiums at 5:25 p.m. Monday, said Salt Lake Police Sgt. Don Bell.

Roland, who appeared to have been dead for four or five days, was apparently shot in the head, Bell said. Police recovered narcotics and drug paraphernalia from the apartment. They have no suspects.
