Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev has been awarded the "Truffle Peace Prize." The prize is awarded each year by the Italian city of Siena to world figures who have distinguished themselves in the field of world peace. The prize, a one-pound truffle, will be presented Nov. 20 to the Soviet ambassador to Italy, Nikolai Lunkov, who will take it Moscow to give it to the Soviet leader.
