The state Wildlife Board will meet Nov. 4 to consider the 1989 Utah fishing proclamation, says Shinika Sykes of the Utah Wildlife Resources Division.

The board is considering several changes in Utah fishing statutes, including increasing the trout limits during the winter months on lakes in central and northern Utah, said Sykes. Some of the other proposed changes before the board are recommendations to standardize the bass size and bag limits and to allow scuba or snorkel spearfishing of game fish in Flaming Gorge Reservoir.
