The Utah Valley Regional Family History Center, also known as the Genealogy Library, will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m Nov. 27.

The center is located on the fourth floor of the Lee Library on the Brigham Young University campus.It offers free guided tours, genealogy classes, consultants to help with individual problems, hourly videos on basic genealogical subjects and specialists for North America and Europe.

Classes Nov. 27 will include: 9:30 a.m., "Genealogy and Computers" and "Submitting Names for Temple Work"; 10:30 a.m., "Intermediate Research"; 3 p.m., "Beginning Research"; 4 p.m., "IBM Computers and Personal Ancestry File Software" (pre-registration is required) and "Special Research Material at BYU"; and 5 p.m., "Using the World's Largest Genealogical Indexes."
