Three defendants in the "Mexican Connection II" dope rings were sentenced to prison terms Friday by U.S. District Judge David K. Winder.

Santos Tapia, Ubaldo Ortiz-Silva and Manuel Estrada-Tapia were ordered to serve 10, seven and five years, respectively. In addition, Estrada-Tapia will serve four years parole and the others will be on parole for five years, after their sentences are completed.
