A man believed responsible for a series of armed robberies in Salt Lake County held up a south valley floral shop Friday, Sandy police say.
The man, described as about 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds, entered a flower shop at 9350 S. State, and demanded money, according to police detective Mark James.James said a clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash when the man brandished a handgun.
