President-elect George Bush relaxed in seclusion on Friday at a friend's Florida home before turning his attention next week to filling top posts in his administration. "He's here for rest and relaxation," said spokesman Steve Hart, one of the few Bush staffers to accompany the vice president to Florida. Bush arrived in Del Ray Beach late Thursday, along with his wife, Barbara, the family's English springer spaniel, Millie, a set of golf clubs and a fishing pole. "This is a well-deserved vacation," said Hart. The president-elect is to return to Washington on Monday or Tuesday.
