Sen. Alan Cranston, D-Calif., has filed for divorce to end his 10-year marriage to his wife, Norma, his lawyer said Wednesday. And Paul "Crocodile Dundee" Hogan has split with his wife of more than 30 years.
Cranston, 73, cited "irreconcilable differences" in the petition filed Tuesday in Superior Court by former Los Angeles Bar Association President Patricia Phillips. The daughter of Paul and Noelene Hogan says the separation has nothing to do with the stress of success. "It's a case of two people who have grown apart," Lauren Hogan, 18, told the Daily Mirror of Sydney, Australia.
"It happens to a lot of marriages. It is something they just decided to do. This has not come about because of his success." Sydney newspapers have linked Hogan romantically with Linda Kozlowski, the co-star of his "Crocodile Dundee" movies. Hogan, 49, and his wife met when he was 17 and she was 16, and they married two years later.
