No buyers have come forward with the $2.8 million asking price for the showplace Las Vegas home of the late Liberace, so the property will be sold at auction next month.About 300 people have expressed interest in the home, said auctioneer Eric Nelson, standing in a barren living room of the home that was once the scene of some of the city's swankiest parties. Prospective buyers included movie stars, hotel-casino owners and people from Japan, Europe and Africa, he said without providing names.
