Bob Christensen and Mark Uselman were inducted into the Ricks College Athletic Hall of Fame at the college's Athletics Award Banquet.

Christensen, Ricks' wrestling coach, was a national champion for the school in 1964, while Uselman was a junior college All-American for the school in football and wrestling in the early 1970s.

The outstanding male athlete award was shared by Ryan Schmidt, quarterback for the football team, and Andy Howington, national champion wrestler, while the outstanding female athlete award was given to Amy Price, national champion intermediate hurdler and Molli Wilkins, volleyball player.

Linebacker Ron Moser, who was diagnosed as suffering from athletes sudden-death syndrome, which ended his career after three games this past season, received the George Arliss Willmore Most Inspirational Award.

The outstanding alumni athlete award went to Dave Orndorff who was an all-conference center this past season for the Oregon State Beavers and placed second in the heavyweight division at the NCAA wrestling championships.
