A woman who won nearly $400,000 from the government after it misidentified the remains of her serviceman husband is seeking more money, contending an Air Force officer last month said her husband had been seen alive in Laos but that the report probably was false.

Anne Hart, 45, in a motion filed Monday to amend a federal judge's Oct. 20 judgment, claims she has had to seek additional counseling and take medication because of a telephone call from an Air Force officer Oct. 13.
