A 7-year-old Gaza Strip boy hit by a plastic bullet during a protest died Tuesday, the second Palestinian under 10 years old killed by army gunfire within a week.

The boy was wounded Monday during a clash between soldiers and protesters in the town of Rafah in the occupied Gaza Strip, an army spokesman said.At least three other people were wounded Monday in disturbances in Gaza and a 17-year-old Arab from the West Bank refugee camp of Fara'a was killed by army gunfire.
