A man who lost a cabin to this summer's fires in the Yellowstone National Park area has filed a claim with the U.S. Forest Service and expects others to join in his legal action.

Dr. Glenn Watters, whose $60,000, nearly finished cabin in Cooke Pass north of Powell was one of four destroyed when a backfire started by firefighters roared out of control, predicts a rash of lawsuits against the government unless it properly reimburses property owners for their losses."There will be the darnedest class-action lawsuit you ever saw in your life," he told the Denver Post.
