Jill Marvin, 26, of Meadville, was arrested when she accepted the money from a couple in a parking lot in downtown Meadville, Narcy Hughes, assistant Crawford County district attorney, said Friday.Marvin was freed after posting $10,000 bond Friday pending a preliminary hearing Oct. 10.

Hughes refused to identify the couple, but she said they live in the Meadville area and cooperated with investigators.
