All Utah eyes will be on the Salt Lake civic leader and mother of three: Ryan, 13; Lisa, 11, and Rob, 8.

Wife of Keith Christensen, the new Mrs. Utah is active with the Salt Lake Junior League, various PTA boards and Scouting programs. She recently headed a charity fund raiser sponsored by the Mrs. Utah Pageant to benefit a group called S'plore.

Tennis, water skiing and golf are some of the favored sports of Christensen, who is also a certified scuba diver and an avid fan of the Utah Jazz.

The former Brigham Young University and University of Utah student is also involved with her interior design business as well some free-lance modeling.

Christensen says she feels honored to represent the married women of Utah because of "their high caliber and the values they emulate." She said the most enjoyable part of being Mrs. Utah thus far has been the opportunity to help charity groups and to meet many new people throughout the state.
