Glenda G. Bills has been named president of the Utah Regional Ballet Guild for 1988-89. She will chair a membership luncheon at the Provo Excelsior Oct. 29.

Bills, an American Fork native and mother of five, is interested in improving the quality of life in the area through the fine arts.The Utah Regional Ballet, directed by Jacqueline P. Colledge, has performed "Cinderella," "Coppelia," and the annual "Nutcracker," and last spring hosted the Pacific Regional Ballet Festival. "This hosting has brought much positive recognition to Utah Valley," Bills said.
