Dorothy couldn't have put it better: there's no place like home. And little Jason Overman isn't likely to argue.

The 6-year-old Orem boy has joined his family in Orem, 17 days after being transferred to Primary Children's Medical Center following a bone-marrow transplant in August at the UCLA Medical Center. So far, Jason has made a solid recovery and is back on solid, low-bacteria foods.Jason received the transplant for treatment of neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer that attacks the nervous system.

A Primary Children's Hospital spokesman on Friday announced Jason's release. Jason will have to be quarantined at home, however, while his immunity to infections improves.
