Overturned and torched cars litter a street in north Philadelphia after a rampage sparked by the slaying of a drug gang leader. Up to 200 youths flipped and burned cars and torched and looted a store, police said. Several of the youths fired shots into the air, but no one was injured or arrested in Tuesday night's rampage. The mayhem came in retaliation for the killing Monday of Luis Antonio Ortiz, 20. The suspect in the killing surrendered Wednesday and was charged with murder.
