After 37 years of service, Paul G. Rasmussen of Provo has retired as manager of the construction section of Brigham Young University's Physical Facilities Division, according to Ed Cozzens, assistant administrative vice president for physical facilities.

Also retired from the division is Amanda Rankin of Orem, who served as administrator in accounting and business support. Rankin was employed at BYU for 16 years.Rasmussen will be replaced by David A. Nelson of Orem, who has worked in the Physical Facilities Division as the assistant construction manager since 1987. He is a native of Nibley, Cache County, and holds a degree in forestry from Weber State College.

Rankin will be replaced by James B. Ostlund of Orem, who was working as an administrative assistant in the accounting and business area of the division. He graduated from BYU with a degree in accounting and is pursuing an MBA there.
