The president of the National Association of Realtors, Nestor Weigand, Jr. and Bryan Flanagan, marketing director of the Zig Ziglar Corp., will be featured speakers at the annual Intermountain Real Estate Seminar at Utah State University.

The USU College of Business seminar will be held Sept. 30 in the Eccles Conference Center.It is jointly sponsored by the College of Business Partners Program, the Utah Association of Realtors, the Logan Board of Realtors and Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity.

Weigand will speak at noon about activities of the National Association of Realtors. The Wichita, Kan. realtor has held numerous positions with the national association and been active on regional and local levels as well.

Flanagan's talk ". . .But I Am Still Growing" is billed as motivational and educational. Before joining Ziglar in 1984, Flanagan had been sales instructor for IBM's national training center and a marketing manager for the office products division.

Larry Welsh, director of the Logan Board of Realtors, will chair a panel discussion about marketing a real estate listing. Participating in the panel will be Dottie Burnham, Grant Davis and Associates of Bountiful; Mary Hurlburt, Mansell and Associates of Ogden; Max Thompson, Network Real Estate in Ogden; and Bob Ziegler, Coldwell Banker of Park City. Ziegler was named Realtor of the Year for 1987.
