The State Department is warning that Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi has added a chemical weapons factory to his terrorist arsenal and soon could begin "full-scale production" of the arms. Department spokesman Charles Redman, in describing the situation he said was discovered by U.S. intelligence, said Wednesday it is "particularly worrisome in view of Libya's track record. This is another indication why the world community needs to take vigorous action to curb the illicit spread of chemical weapons and their further proliferation."
