Gov. Norm Bangerter has appointed one person and reappointed another to the board of directors of the Utah Housing Finance Agency.

He appointed J. Kelly Goddard, president of Western Real Estate and Development for a four-year term expiring Jan. 15, 1995, to represent Weber County and the public at large. At that time, he will be eligible for reappointment to an additional four-year term.Reappointed for a four-year term expiring April 15, 1995, as a representative of Salt Lake County and the homebuilding and real estate industries was Keith Romney Jr., president/owner of Capitol Industries Inc. and Walden Hills Inc.

Created in 1977, UHFA provides affordable homes for low- and moderate-income Utah households, according to William H. Erickson, executive director.
