Utah State University will offer two enrichment classes on Dutch oven cooking at Upper Guinavah (six miles up Logan Canyon) on Saturday, June 15, and Saturday, July 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Over 1,300 people have learned the art of Dutch oven-cooked food from the program, which features a variety of ways to prepare foods, demonstrations of 14 different dishes, proper care and seasoning of Dutch ovens, and a recipe booklet. Cost is $15 per person, and the registration deadline is June 10 for the June 15 class and July 8 for the July 13 class.
