Harry Alex Papageorge of Ogden has been named to a second three-year term on the National Dairy Promotion and Research Board of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The board of 36 dairy farmers was established by the Dairy and Tobacco Adjustment Act of 1983 to develop and administer dairy promotion, research and nutrition education.Sen. Jake Garn, R-Utah, who announced the reappointment, said: "I congratulate Mr. Papageorge for being asked to continue for another term. His experience and expertise will continue to benefit Utahns and the entire nation."
