Ephraim's Scandinavian Festival continues to grow. Several thousand visitors are expected to journey to this central Utah community on Saturday, May 25, to run a 5K, sample food and crafts at booths on the Snow College campus, and take in the dancing, quilt show, rodeo, historic tour and art show. Banquets are a popular part of the festival, too. This year the Aebel-skiver Breakfast begins at 7 a.m., just east of the college's Administration Building. A smorgasbord is offered 2 to 5 p.m. at Snow's cafeteria. For details call Bruce Peterson in Ephraim, 283-4021.
