The Utah Housing Finance Agency announced a new funding package that could help lower-income individuals buy a home.

The Comprehensive Housing Assistance Mortgage Program has $5 million available and funds will be committed to lenders on a first-come, first-served basis.In Utah County, the housing agency has determined that United Savings Bank (225-3821) and Zions Mortgage Company (225-7577) are eligible to participate.
