Trucks with Kurdish refugees are lined up outside the Silopi refugee camp in Turkey Thursday. The trucks are en route to the security zones in northern Iraq, which are under the protection of the allied forces. Many refugees want to stay in the camps because Iraqi troops continue to control the refugees' hometown of Dohuk. Some U.S. military commanders say they believe Dohuk must be added to the security zone if the Kurds are to feel confident enough to return to their homes.
