Comlink International, a company specializing in multimedia software and video compression technology, has entered into agreements to sell distribution rights of Comlink products in Canada and Idaho.

The distribution rights in Alberta, Canada, were sold for $111,885, and the Idaho rights sold for $25,000. Both agreements included a 10 percent deposit with the balance being paid with revenues from sales over the course of the contract. Comlink also will receive 50 percent equity in each newly formed marketing group, Comlink of Idaho and Comlink of Alberta.Wayne Nelson, Comlink president, said this is the first time the company has sold its distribution rights outside the United States.

He also announced the availability of its first piece of published curriculum. The package is entitled "Multiplication Mastery" and is the first in a series known as the "Reach Series," which feature unusual and highly productive educational assistance for children.
