Granite District is holding an open house to display its student-constructed homes on Winder Meadows Circle (1466 E. 4300 South). The homes will be open 4-8 p.m. weekdays and 1-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 17-21.

Four homes built during the 1990-91 school year by vocational students will be open for inspection. The residences reflect several architectural styles. Hundreds of students from the district's nine high schools were involved in carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, cabinet-making, cement finishing and interior design for the schools.The district has sold all four homes.
