The council will take action on a proposed four-plex apartment building in its first May meeting.

John Jolley, a private developer, is asking the council to approve construction of an apartment complex at approximately 360 W. 100 South in a Residential-2 zone.Also during the meeting Tuesday in the Lehi City Building, Lindi Gregory with Versar Engineering will present a landscape concept plan for improvements on the city's I-15 east interchange.

Additional agenda items for the meeting, which starts at 7 p.m., include a proposal from Richard VanWagener on restoring Lehi's Union Pacific train station, a resolution lowering electrical connection rates from $500 to $50 and consideration of a chemical emergency preparedness plan.
