Mark Steven Jensen was bound over to 1st District Court Friday following a preliminary hearing before 1st Circuit Court Judge Robert Daines. The judge said he found sufficient evidence to bind Jensen over on charges of rape, a first-degree felony, and burglary, a second-degree felony.

The victim testified that Jensen, an acquaintance, came to her home about 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 18 and forced his way in.

"I told him his wife was my friend, but he had a strange look on his face, and I was very frightened," she said.
