The record store owner arrested on obscenity charges nearly a year ago for selling a 2 Live Crew album held a going-out-of-business sale Friday.

Charles Freeman said legal bills caused him to fall $6,600 behind in the rent for his E-C Records shop, and he received an eviction notice Wednesday. With no way to pay, Freeman decided to sell his stock for half price."I'm in here trying to liquidate as much as I can before they confiscate as much as they can," said the 32-year-old father of four.
