Jeffery Elmer Howarth, age 37, loving husband and father, passed away May 7, 1991, in Nephi, after a long and valient struggle with a brain tumor.
Born March 4, 1954, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico to Joseph L. "Toby" and Marion Houghton Howarth. Married Kim Tomlinson, December 6, 1973; marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was an active member LDS Church. After graduating from Pleasant Grove High School he worked for various construction companies, and later become a general contractor, owning J.E. Construction Co. He also worked for Trail Inc. as a production coordinator, working with the handicapped. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was an inspiration to all who knew him.Survived by wife, Mona; two sons and three daughters, Kylie Faye, Jeffery Cody, Sunnie K., Shane Easton, Cheyenne Howarth, all of Mona; parents, Lindon; brother and two sisters, Gregory L. Howarth, Provo; Mrs. Jody (Teresa) McClellan, Lindon; Mrs. Terry (Sheila) Albrecht, Hanksville; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Johnson, Lehi. Preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Taylor.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 10, Nephi Stake Center. Friends may call Thursday evening 6-8 p.m. and Friday 9:45-10:45 prior to service at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi. Interment: Mona City Cemetery.
