Utah will host its 12th annual Conference of Agencies and Organizations Serving Troubled Youth Thursday and Friday, May 9 and 10, at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski Resort.

Keynote speaker for the conference is Michael C. Turpen, an attorney from Oklahoma City. Workshops will be presented by local and out-of-state experts on topics ranging from the impact of gangs on families to successful school-based strategies for at-risk students."The theme focuses on the importance of putting aside territorial service patterns and focusing more on client needs," said Lynne Quarry, Decker Lake Youth Center.
