Princess Caroline of Monaco is back. The princess, 34, looked pale and thin as she accompanied her father, Prince Rainier, Sunday night to the 24th international floral bouquet competition at Monte Carlo. She wore a new short haircut and round eyeglasses as she congratulated Tobias Karolicki of Costa Rica, who was awarded the Princess Grace of Monaco Prize at the competition. The outing marked Caroline's first official appearance in public since the funeral for her husband, Stefano Casiraghi, who died in a boating accident off the shores of Monte Carlo on Oct. 3 at age 30.
