Rudolph "Rudy" Rebol, age 80, died May 2, 1991, in Price, Utah.

Born July 8, 1910, Castle Gate, Utah, son of Joe Rebol and Karoline Andolsek Rebol. Married Mary Vieta, July 23, 1939, Price, Utah. She died December 17, 1983. Member, Catholic Church. Lifelong resident of Carbon County. Rudy was a prominent Helper businessman, operating Progressive Market for 30 years prior to 1965. Elected Helper City Councilman, he also served with Helper Volunteer Fire Dept. for many years. Retired from Utah State Road Dept in 1975. Honorary Life Member Price Elks Lodge #1550. Enthusiastic volunteer for Western Mining and Railroad Museum of Helper. Worked in Senior Citizen volunteer programs.Survived by two daughters and spouses, Mrs. Alfred D. (Carol) Lupus, Sandy; Mrs. William (Jona) Jimeno, Green River, Wyoming; four grandchildren, Jeff and Jason Lupus, Sandy; Melissa and Michael Jimeno, Green River, Wyoming. Preceded in death by parents, sister, Caroline, and brothers, Joseph and Edward

Funeral Mass Monday, 10 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Helper. Vigil Service Sunday evening, 7 p.m., Mitchell Chapel, Price, where friends may call Sunday and Monday prior to services. Committal Service Mountain View Cemetery, Helper.
