Utah Children is seeking nominations for its Hall of Fame Award, which will be presented to honor an individual who has shown "sustained activity of uncommon merit to improve the quality of life for children."

The recipient will be selected based on five categories: Making a difference in the lives of children; identifying a problem; solving a problem; advocacy for children; and involving others in improving the lives of children.Members of the public are invited to submit a one-page letter, describing the nominee's fulfillment of some of those five criteria.
