Dahlin Smith White Advertising, 5 Triad Center, has been identified by Ad Age, a national advertising journal, as the 10th largest buyer of business print media in the world.
Business print media dollars are determined by agencies placing client advertising in publications like Business Week and the Wall Street Journal. Also, four Salt Lake agencies were listed in Ad Age's yearly report on agency billings.In 1990, DSW placed $16 million in advertising in business publications. Ad campaigns for Intel Corp. made up the bulk of the media dollars.
Ad Age listed Evans Communications in 46th place with audited gross income of $27.7 million and $177 million in billings. Next was Bonneville with $5 million in gross income for a 209 ranking.
DSW ranked 214th with gross income of $4.9 million; Harris & Love ranked 331st with gross income of $2.4 million; and Scopes Garcia Carlisle ranked 486th with gross income of $693,000.
