A team consisting of Stephen Allen, Mitch Mascaro and Tom Charette has been named as Utah State University's winner in the 1991 Citibank/Clio College Advertising Awards program and will compete later this spring in the national championship.

Students, alone or in teams of up to three people, were asked to develop an original advertising campaign for the Citibank Classic Card offer to college students. This included one television, one radio and one print ad.USU's judging was supervised by Penny Byrne, who served as campus faculty coordinator.

Campus winners split $250 and are eligible for the top prize of $5,000, along with an offer of paid summer positions in the marketing department of Citibank Mastercard and Visa in New York. Winners will be honored during the 32nd annual Clio Awards in New York's Lincoln Center June 17.
