Willard Ray Druce, 60, of Pleasant Grove, Utah, died April 26, 1991 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center from heart complications.
He was born May 8, 1930 to John and May Druce in Montwells, Utah. He married Arlene Murray; they were later divorced. He married Goldie Marrott November 27, 1982. He served seven years in the U.S. Navy. He was a diesel mechanic and truck driver for many years. He enjoyed hunting, bowling, and fishing. He was a past president of F.O.E. 3372 and a member of the REAC.He is survived by his wife of Pleasant Grove; and 17 children: Mrs. Mike (Cheryl) Workman, Jeff Druce, Ray Druce, Richard Druce, Lori Druce, Darrick Druce, Mrs. Mike (Rhonda) Pelusia, Mrs. Ward (Raelyn) Draper, Michelle Druce, Mrs. Fred (Susan) Brereton, Eddie Friant, Lauril Jones, Mrs. Terry (RoxAnne) Smart, Mrs. Coy (RoeAnne) Vincent, Mrs. Lynn (Tonya) Shelley, Mrs. Hal (Shelli) Carlson, and Marty Marrott; mother, May Pringle Druce; seven brothers and four sisters: John Druce, Florida; Gerald Druce, David Druce, Marvin Druce, West Valley City, Utah; Lee Druce, Rock Springs, Wyo., May Webb, Kaysville, Utah; Milton Druce, Montana; Janis Williams, California; Steve Druse, Salt Lake City, Utah; Carol Burke, Magna, Utah; Patricia Balcom, Arizona. He is also survived by 51 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father; son, Scott; daughter, Pamela; and brother, Ken.
He will be missed by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m., in the Pleasant Grove 11th Ward Chapel, 193 North 400 West. Friends may call at Olpin Family Mortuary, Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m., with F.O.E. memorial rites at 9 p.m. Friends may also call at the church, one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
