Help on the way Kurdish refugees watch the arrival of a German Army helicopter at a camp in Iran. On Tuesday the United Nations will begin to assume control of the camps, which were established by Western forces, and send a humanitarian convoy from Turkey into Iraq, in accordance with an agreement signed with Saddam Hussein's government in Baghdad on April 18. U.S. officers have announced the allied forces have more than doubled the size of their security zone for the Kurdish refugees and are scouting a site for a second settlement. They hope expanding the size of the zone will encourage more Kurds to come down from the mountains.
