A lawsuit has been filed in the plane crash that killed Reba McEntire's band last month. The husband and parents of Paula Evans Wallace filed a $22 million negligence suit against Prestige Touring, the Dallas company that chartered the plane, and Duncan Aircraft Sales of Venice, Fla., which owned it. Wallace's survivors say the plane's pilots weren't properly trained and didn't have a good flight plan, which resulted in the plane crashing into a mountain near San Diego, killing 8 people in McEntire's touring company, the pilot and co-pilot. McEntire was not aboard the plane.
