Oliver G. Williams, 77, died Tuesday, April 16, 1991, at the Holy Cross Hospital, Salt Lake City.

Born October 15, 1913 in Farnum, Idaho, a son of John E. and Harriet Miller Williams. Married Luella Hansen, December 12, 1935, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she died September 21, 1977. Longtime resident of Ogden. Self-employed as an electrical contractor. He also had worked for the Marveon Sign Company. Active member of the Ogden 49th LDS Ward. Had been ward clerk and High Priest group leader in the Ogden 32nd Ward. Navy Veteran World War II. Enjoyed fishing and hunting. Was a devoted father and grandfather.Survived by two sons and one daughter, Jay H. and wife, Myrna Williams, Centerville; Kent R. and wife, Kay Williams, St. Anthony, Idaho; Mrs. Gary (Leah W.) Jespersen, Sunnyvale, California; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters, Hillard Williams, Morgan; Elwood Williams, Holladay; Clyde Williams, Bountiful; Ellen Thompson, Salt Lake City; Theda Hansen, Ogden.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., Larkin & Sons Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, where friends may call Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Friday 10-10:45 a.m. Interment: Ogden City Cemetery.
